1. The Service
Nilvex is an intermediary platform connecting customers with private chauffeur service suppliers in Egypt. Nilvex is not a car rental company and does not own any fleet.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until the Nilvex team contacts you on WhatsApp and confirms all details. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
3. Supplier Responsibility
Suppliers registered on Nilvex undergo a verification and approval process. The supplier is legally responsible for delivering the service. Nilvex mediates in any disputes.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include the driver and fuel as specified in each package. Additional services are charged per the selected package rates.
5. Amendments
Nilvex reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.
